Peace Education and the Hip Hop Generation
In 2009, Saylove completed a M.A. outlining an intervention plan to build an arts-based organization. Housing insecurity, incarcerated and missing relatives led to domestic labor for a room where it all started.
Human Rights Campaign
In 2009-2013, we organized a grassroots global human rights campaign to uphold the rights of incarcerated human trafficking survivors. One case we advocated for set a significant precedent in how the justice system views survivors.
Missing & Murdered Indigenous Relatives
In 2014-2023, we installed frontline efforts for the recovery of missing relatives. We petitioned courts, cited The Indian Child Welfare Act, and provided direct support as we fought for full recoveries.
Earthsaylove LLC
Part-time work, Hip Hop events, and Saylove’s position as a CSEC Survivor Mentor (2016-2025) sustained our operations. At last, on January 1, 2022, she established Earthsaylove LLC.
Hip Hop and the Art of Peace Education
On January 1st, 2022, we released Hip Hop and the Art of Peace Education with an accompanying workbook—a reformatted edition of Peace Education and the Hip Hop Generation—for the public.
Survivor-Led Arts Mentorship
In March 2023, we released the first edition of an annual program almanac and journal. This evolved into a second edition in 2024 and a Starship Almanac, and Starship Journal, guiding our arts program in 2025-2026.
ATLIS Fellowship
In 2024, we applied and were selected for ACF/OTIP’s Anti-Trafficking Leadership, Innovation and Sustainability Fellowship, supporting the pilot of our Survivor-Led Arts Mentorship program.
Earthsaylove Foundation
In 2024, our founding board incorporated Earthsaylove Foundation, an arts-based NGO with a mission of, “creating art for impact, cultivating a culture of peace, and empowering survivor leadership in the arts.”
World Congress
In 2024, our Founder was invited, and represented us at Survivor Alliance’s second conference gathering survivor leaders and allies at World Congress, with a theme of Building The Power of The Collective in Nairobi, Kenya.
NICWA Conference
In 2025, we sent three volunteers to support NICWA’s 43rd Annual Conference, with a theme of Honoring The Sacred in Seminole Territory.
FL Circuit 10 Human Trafficking Symposium
On January 29th, 2026, we tabled with Circuit 10’s Human Trafficking Symposium, where our founder spoke on a survivor panel, advocating to uplift the vulnerable.
NICWA Conference
In 2026, we’re sending volunteers to support NICWA’s 44th Annual Conference, and have submitted a proposal to present the lessons we learned, recovering missing relatives.
