This week’s program sounded similar to last week’s. After listening to your description I understand why and I commend you for your dedication to Maine Public as well as this period of the flowering Jazz.
I think it would be a great service to have your playlists available as part of the Jazz Flower’s corner of Maine Public’s website.

I adore your show so much and thank you deeply for bringing onto the airwaves such rich and fascinating tunes. I was listening around 7:21 this eve and was totally struck by a song you played. It was an octet, I couldnāt grab my pencil in time to get the name… yet itās from a 1978 album called āSpirits Rejoice.ā Iām hoping you might send me the name of this song and the band… I canāt wait to hear it again!
